Case study: Clevedon Hall

Clevedon Hall is a weddings and events venue that went through major refurbishment in 2013. In 2014, the board appointed JRP Accountancy to support their in-house bookkeeper in setting up a computerised accounts system – Sage 50. We also introduced a management accounts template for Excel, populated directly from Sage.

JRP’s ongoing involvement has included producing monthly management accounts and reporting to the board. Through our involvement, the board are better able to monitor all areas of business expenditure. As their turnover has grown through more weddings and events, JRP now ensure that the company’s profits are maximised.
